I am director of Cambridge-based KEYSTAGE Company - a unique network of composers, writers, theatre practitioners, vocal specialists and teachers. Keystage company provides schools, companies and community groups tailor-made learning programmes that include music, drama, story telling and song. The aim is to making learning an enjoyable, enriching and exciting experience for children and their teachers. Recent programmes include: "Faraway Havens" a KS2 package of drama, stories, song and poetry on the rescue and refuge given to Jewish children in WWII and Zambian street children in 2003.

I have been commissioned to write the following for theatre:

"Standing Up, Standing Out", commissioned by Cambridge City Council for primary schools. A five-week programme on rescue and empathy in the Holocaust and Rwanda, November 2002.
"Stand With Me", songs and stories of resistance. February 2002.
"Mayhem - The Multimedia Musical", the story of the Tower of Babel. Wysing Arts 2002 and Cambridge Drama Centre Summer 2002.
"Beneath the Surface", a community celebratory play linking archaeological finds with the recent history of a council estate. Commissioned by Classworks Theatre 2000.
"Like We Were, Then", a Golden Jubilee play with music for Coleridge Community College Golden Anniversary 1998.
"Tomorrow’s Yesterday", Golden Jubilee play with music for Linton Community College 1997.
"The Lion in Judah", 2000 years of Anglo-Palestine/Israel relations. Commissioned by Beth Shalom Reform Synagogue 1997.
"Abraham", libretto for a digital opera for Cambridge Heatwave Festival 2001.
"Visions in a Dream", a children’s play with original music on the life of Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Edinburgh Fringe Festival 1994.
"A Midsummer Night’s Scream", a family musical commissioned by Wizz Kids Theatre 1994.
"Jane and the Jungle Swingers", family musical commissioned by Wizz Kids Theatre 1993.
